Scott Lawrence Named Vice President, Field Development

Ambit Energy today named Scott Lawrence as its Vice President, Field Development. Mr. Lawrence will be responsible for the development, training and support of Ambit Energy’s independent sales organization.
Mr. Lawrence has more than ten years of experience in sales, advertising, marketing and operational support within the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Ambit, Mr. Lawrence was Executive Vice President at a competitive local exchange carrier where he led sales, marketing, vendor management and new product development. Mr. Lawrence was also a key member of the management team at Excel Communications where he focused on developing and implementing marketing and e-commerce initiatives to support the company’s large base of independent representatives.
